chops pebble watchfaces

I've been working on this one for a while, so have finished it off. After a number of design iterations, i'm done. It's similar to another of my watchfaces (Themes), but, here there's no weather, no health. Just the time, date, battery and BT.

BT status is represented by the small white lines top right (below the battery number) - or on the PTR a small black/white 'bump' bottom middle. When BT is lost the lines are dotted, or the bump turns white.

The date/day/month appears briefly with a flick of the wrist, then disappears again.

It's just about the background pictures - there's 20 to choose from. Each here has been hand picked, touched up and optimised for the pebble time, time round, P2/OG.

There's also a 'random' mode which can update either each minute or each hour. All images are part of the watchface PBW file (it requires no uploading or separate app), and as such, it takes a bit longer to load - please wait about 30secs or so (if for some reason it fails during loading, just try again).

Given the simplicity, it also keeps working when your phone is dead. ps, if you look through the images carefully, there's a cryptic reference to another product pebblers would be aware of..

There are 25 pics at the moment. The Battery level is shown in the top right corner, and a bluetooth indicator is at the top left.

NOTE: I still need to sort out an issue with the random swap - at the moment the pic will NOT change for the first hour, but will be fine after that.

By request. I quickly put this together - there are 12 images that randomly change every minute. Battery impact should be minimal since the watch has to redraw the screen every minute to update the time.

Will vibe if BT is lost. Number at the bottom is battery. Enjoy!

The layout here is very simple - just a number of images randomly updating each minute in the background. The simple design is taken from my Sentri digital clock - another kickstarter project.

The watchface displays,

- battery (when below 40%) time

- 12/24 hr modes seconds (optional - displays to the right of the time) temperature,

- c/f (far left circle)

- updates hourly (via yahoo) weather icon (middle) humidity percentage (far right circle) day/date/month

All images have been individually optimised for the watch. They all just started out as free HD wallpaper downloads.

When you lose BT connectivity there is an option to vibrate, and the weather disappears.

There are 4 picture themes to choose from - landmarks, Space/Star Wars, Cats 'n dogs, people. And now a mixed random mode.

Image changes can be set to minute or hour refreshes. To force change to a new image it's easiest to just re-apply the settings, or press the menu button to make the screen redraw. A loading image will appear until a theme is selected.

Also, you may notice it takes longer to load this watchface - that's because I've used most of the resource limit. Please make sure your BT connection and /or WiFi remain stable during loading, otherwise it may fail. If it does, just try again, it'll work!

Now published in the pebble app store and compatible with colour and b&w watches, including the Pebble Time Round.

I’ve published it as a new watchface as there are a few small graphic changes and additional functionality eg. new battery readout, ability to hide battery icon / BT icon individually, change the backgroung colour, show/hide step info, and more..

For pebble time, choose from 4 background colour schemes, or have time text orange/white (obviously white becomes black if inverted).

Trek V2 will continue to be available in the appstore.

Choose from many background colour schemes, or have time text orange/white. Bluetooth is indicated by the bottom middle rectangle disappearing if BT is lost. The battery level is graphically shown down the left side, with a text number middle left. Weather by yahoo, 30min updates. Many more options.

Languages supported include, - English - Dutch - German - French - Croatian - Italian - Spanish - Norwegian - Finnish - Danish - Turkish - Swedish - Catalan

Another watchface for the Trek fans. This is a bit simpler, though has a variety of images to display.

View the time in large numbers, or set it to random (with one of the smaller date/time formats), to move through 13 images (currently) - they swap every minute - if when selecting the option it doesn't switch immediately, wait for the next minute change.

An image can also be selected permanently - to view time, select one of the date formats that include time. If you have a fave, and its not there, just email me and i'll put it in the mix.

The outer ring changes colour according to the battery charge level. Battery number is shown in small text at the six position. Bluetooth state is at the 12 position - it'll turn grey if BT is lost. Flick to display a seconds ring (it'll remain there for 40 seconds). Minutes are also shown by the black gap in the dark grey ring.

Settings page has many languages, various date formats, weather config, monday or sunday startdate.

You can also make the date in the lower right corner look like a stardate by selecting 'day of year', in the watchface date settings, or invert the entire face. The watch vibrates when bluetooth is lost. 12/24hr modes supported.

Resembles your favourite building bricks - looking from above. Supports 12/24hr, displays bt on/off and battery level - with an optional battery bar. Via settings - hourly or bt vibration on/off, date format (int/US)
